Just an FYI about Macy's... I applied online and the next day received an electronic invite to schedule an interview. I received at least 2 emails to confirm the interview and to remind me to show up for the interview. At the interview, the hiring manager told me there were no open positions and that a "restructuring" was occuring... Obviously I was very annoyed at this complete waste of my time.
