Who's Hiring - Top employers week of 6-14-10 - page 3


Job Openings Added This Week:

The hospitality, telecommunications, business service, retail, health care and manufacturing verticals are the top industries with new job postings this week based on a survey of the nations’ leading job advertisements added during the past seven days.


Hospitality continued to lead new hiring advertisements this week as Pizza Hut, Friendly's, Hilton and Marriott were in the top firms advertising for new hires this week. Telecommunications was next as AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon are looking for employees.

Business service continued staffing this week as IBM and Deloitte were included in the top job advertisers this week. Retail continued its recruiting trend this week with Macy's, Sears, Lowe's, Kmart, Bloomingdale's, CVS Caremark, and Radio Shack looking for employees.

Health care continues to search for staff as HCR Manorcare, UnitedHealth, Genesis HealthCare, Gentiva Health Services, Amedisys Home Health, Bayada Nurses, DaVita, Quest Diagnostics and Kindred Hospitals added positions this week. Manufacturing made an appearance after a long absence as Pepsi and Snap-On Tools were looking for staff this week.
